Warranty & Refunds
We deliver Fiji-wide with secure tracking. All orders placed will be handled accordingly. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days once your custom order is completed.
All custom orders are made based on the details confirmed by the customer. Please check spelling, size, colour, and design before confirming your order. We offer a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects.

Payment Methods
Because personalised gifts are handmade to order, production takes 15-20 business days. We require a security deposit to begin crafting your custom nameplate.
We accept M-PAiSA, bank transfers, and cash on pickup in Suva & Seaqaqa,Labasa. Payment details are provided immediately upon order confirmation.
